Professor of New Testament Studies, Dr Wayne Coppins has recently launched a new open access journal titled Accessible German New Testament Scholarship (AGNTS), which he is co-editing with Jacob Cerone. Each issue of Accessible German New Testament Scholarship is a curated collection of significant contributions to New Testament scholarship from the German-speaking world. They have been translated and presented as an attempt to continue bridging the continental divide, which is at times separated by more than language but also methodological and exegetical traditions. The main goal of the journal is to continue closing that divide.

From the first issue, he especially recommends Matthias Konradt's essay on Love for Enemies in Matt 5.43-48 and its Early Jewish Context.
