PhD Student
Benjamin Starr is a PhD student in the Religion Department at the University of Georgia, focusing on the Hebrew Bible. He is currently exploring the social contexts of prophecy in the Hebrew Bible, with special comparison to other methods of divination in the ancient Near East.
In Fall 2022, he will be teaching two sections of RELI 1001 (Judaism, Christianity, Islam).
